By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on our website and subject to the following terms and conditions: natural hair. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made. As to delivery time are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible.

When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true. That you allowed the use of the credit or debit card used to place your order. And that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.

Our Contract

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not make up for an acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not form until. Therefore, we have approved your payment, and we have debited your credit card or debit card.

Pricing and Availability

While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices, Which appears on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered. In conclusion, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming. However, your order is at the correct price or canceling it. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. You will receive a full refund if you cancel and pay for the goods.

Payment

We perform a normal pre-authorization check on your credit card. Whenever you received your attempt to ensure there are adequate funds to complete the transaction. We won’t ship anything until this pre-authorization check is done. Once the order accepts, your card will indeed be charged.

Refund OR Exchange

You are entitled  to a refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the order, If the products are not used or opened. The items can be return to our store address . There is NO refund or exchange on sale items. Unless if we sent you the wrong item . Please make sure to contact us if you feel that you made a mistake when placing your order or if you would like to add or remove something in your order.  All Sales Are Final. Refund usually takes  up to 7 Business days to be credited to your bank account.

Shipping

We ship all orders within 24 hours after placing your order unless if the product is out of stock, in this case we will contact you and let you how we can move forward. Most products can take up to 1 to 3 business days to arrive depending on your  location. Florida customers can receive their orders within 1 to 2 business days. All regular shippings are free of charge.
